Introduction,indeed mediate the effects from applied electrical currents and magnetic fields (Becker, 1965). This text is primarily concerned with a relatively narrow frequency band of electromagnetic phenomena which has been called the ELF or extremely low frequency region, and its effects (if any) upon biological systems.
