Assessment of Optical Phenomenaf the T wave matches the general direction of the QRS complex. For example, a positive QRS complex is usually associated with a positive T wave. The location of the T wave is generally described using the QT interval which is measured from the onset of the QRS to the terminal portion of the T wave.
