Determination of the Relaxation Spectrum of Macromolecules in Solution by the Analysis of the Electon. This method is applied to the solution of DNA and nucleohistone in the native and sonicated state. The molecular lengths are determined from the formula of Broersma. A simultaneous study of the sedimentation distributions enables the deduction of a relation between the sedimentation coefficient and the length of the particles in solution.
