Studying the Performance of Rural Water Supply Schemes in Different Geological Settings,cial performance of the rural water supply schemes. The study shows that the overall performance of water supply schemes based on surface reservoirs and direct lifting from rivers was better than that of schemes based on groundwater on the parameters analysed.
