From Blackstone to Blockchain: Theorizing Property Law in the Age of Cryptographyproperty law theory. The chapter presents three main features of a blockchain cryptographic technique, and in addition, three features of property rights as acknowledged by the famous work of William Blackstone of the eighteenth century.
