Neue Einkaufszentren im Ruhrgebietction we work on the development of such a detection method. In the past work was done to solve this problem by serological methods [2,3,4,5]. Unfortunately with limited succes. In this study a detection method is developed using nested PCR.

rDNA Sequencing: An Essential Guide to the Taxonomy and Diagnosis of Colletotrichumctive taxonomy, coupled with a full understanding of the extent of phenotypic variability, is essential for meaningful diagnosis. If diagnosis and taxonomy are correct, then pathogen behaviour can be predicted and its control, avoidance, elimination, etc become much easier.
