Background,scussed elaborately. CNT interconnect models like Luttinger liquid theory and transmission line models are outlined. Then, various aspects of crosstalk analysis of CNT interconnects are discussed. Factors that affect crosstalk and the ways to reduce crosstalk are also outlined.
