Nanoformulations for Pharmacological siRNA Delivery in Cancer,ic nanoparticles, polyplexes, and organic/inorganic nanoparticles. The physicochemical properties, i.e., particle sizes, surface coatings, and compositions of nanoparticles have been adjusted for enhanced delivery of siRNA. In this chapter, the chemistry of these nanoformulations is reviewed with particular relevance to cancer treatment.
