Der femoropopliteale bzw. -krurale Bypass mit Exzision des Abganges der A. femoralis superficialisrofunda plasty. For this procedure, we are able to report on our experience with 709 patients with femoral-popliteal bypass and 69 patients with femoral-crural bypass. Nearly in half the cases we made an excision of the superficial femoral artery. We describe the technique and hemodynamic situation.
