Necessary Stability Conditions for One Delay Systems: A Lyapunov Matrix Approachy stable, is established. An illustrative example shows the effectiveness of the proposed conditions in determining candidate stability regions in the space of parameters. Finally, a procedure for improving these necessary conditions is outlined.

Control of Linear Delay Systems: An Approach without Explicit Predictions loop. Though the controller is infinite dimensional, in general, it does not involve any explicit predictions.
