描述.This book constitutes the proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Decision Support Systems Technologies, ICDSST 2019, held in Madeira, Portugal, in May 2019. This year the conference is a EURO mini conference and therefore has a slightly different acronym: "EmC-ICDSST 2019"..The EWG-DSS series of International Conference on Decision Support System Technology (ICDSST), starting with ICDSST 2015 in Belgrade, was planned to consolidate the tradition of annual events organized by the EWG-DSS in offering a platform for European and international DSS communities, comprising the academic and industrial sectors, to present state-of-the-art DSS research and developments, to discuss current challenges that surround decision-making processes, to exchange ideas about realistic and innovative solutions, and to co-develop potential business opportunities..The main topic of this year’s conference was “Main Developments and Future Trends”. Thomas Taro Lennerfors,Kiyoshi Muratamodel. Based on this set of solution we then used a Group Decision Support System called GRUS for choosing the best solution for the group of farmers. The combined approach allows us to determine the best solution for the group in a consensual way. This combination of approaches is very innovative for the Agriculture domain.

The developed rating procedure is based on the aggregation of positive and negative reasons respectively supporting and opposing to a rating.

Time-Aware Knowledge Graphs for Decision Making in the Building Industrye knowledge graphs enable us to do time series analysis, find temporal dependencies between events, and implement time-aware applications. The requirements for the temporal properties derive from a use case of residential real estate, with the aim to enable the occupants to interact with their houses.

How to Support Group Decision Making in Horticulture: An Approach Based on the Combination of a Centmodel. Based on this set of solution we then used a Group Decision Support System called GRUS for choosing the best solution for the group of farmers. The combined approach allows us to determine the best solution for the group in a consensual way. This combination of approaches is very innovative for the Agriculture domain.

https://doi.org/10.1007/978-3-031-04593-6te their optimal weights, which are used in the construction of a geometric composite indicator of sustainability. The method is tested to calculate a sustainability index for 28 European countries. The results show that eastern European and Scandinavian countries appear to be more sustainable than western, developed countries.
