Hype: A Data-Driven Tool for Smart City Profile (SCP) Discriminationzed based on simplicial complexes, topological objects. We present a tool named Hype developed to compute simplicial complexes and Q-analysis, a method that analyzes the structural connectivity of the simplicial complexes.
