Characterization Methods of Acellularized Tissue and Organs,Tissue decellularization with conservation of ECM bioactivity and integrity can be improved by providing well-designed protocols regarding the agents and decellularization techniques operated during processing. An overview of the characterization of decellularized scaffolds and the role of reagnets can validate the applied methods‘ efficacy.
