Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) of cyclic glucans from algae is very difficult due to its pigmentation, and it is removed by solvent precipitation. In yeast and fungi, glucan is the most abundant structural polymer. In . the cyclic .-glucans are associated with insoluble mannoprotein, which is removed by final extraction.
