Pulsars: Recent Results on Their Physics and Their Dynamicsic field of 10. gauss and a rotational period between 1.5 milliseconds and 4 seconds. Without rapid spin and high magnetic field, a neutron star would be almost unobservable; only the nearest might be detectable in X-ray telescopes by their thermal radiation.

Spectral and Temporal Variability in Low-Mass X-Ray Binariesified model for the LMXB is presented and the still unsolved problems are discussed. The recently discovered class of Super Soft X-ray sources is introduced and a possible connection with the LMXB is suggested.

Recent Results from the Fly’s Eye Experimente composition changes from predominately heavy (below 10.eV) to predominately light (above 10.eV). The anisotropy shows no significant deviation from random fluctuation in both a small scale and large scale anisotropy search. A 320. × 10.eV event was detected by FE1 on Oct. 15, 1991.

The High Resolution (HiRes) Fly’s Eye Detectorrently being constructed in the west desert of Utah. Details of this detector and preliminary results from a prototype of this detector investigating a lower energy regime of the primary cosmic ray flux will be discussed.

Cosmic Ray Nonlinear Effects in Space Plasma, 2. Dynamic Heliospheremic ray fluxes on the magnetic structure of plasma in the Heliosphere are considered. These effects are important in the outer Heliosphere, where the cosmic ray pressure become comparable with dynamical pressure of solar wind and shock waves.
