Aufbau und Eigenschaften der Materie, and problems in outer space could be used as a transmission belt for domestic and regional preferences to the global level. The author argues that these preferences are mostly of military nature and institutions of space security, that have been created by the European Union, will be analyzed from the perspective of defense and military goals.
