Study on Drivers’ Situation Awareness in a Glance During Automated Drivingover. Through a review of a large body of literature and a summary of observations, some particularly influential driver-related issues are identified. These issues include mental workload and distraction, situation awareness, and trust. Based on the consideration of these issues, the timing and the efficiency of driver’s takeover are analyzed.
