Sensing Crop Diseases,These probes assist in the development of high-performance biosensors. Developing a sensing system with higher capacity for detecting crop diseases will be valuable for improving crop yield. In this chapter we discuss the potential of detection crop diseases by availing these probes.

Sustainable Supply Chains: Utilisation of Whole Crops for New Product Development,order to make supply chains more sustainable, these waste streams need to be prevented or utilised through development of new products, ingredients and materials. The scope of the food waste and supply chain sustainability problem is discussed, and examples of waste utilisation prospects and successful examples highlighted.
