Conservation and Efficiency Issues,eriodicity of known binary systems. We describe the production of such γ-rays and the accompaning . production at binary sources, discuss the required proton luminosity and the modulation of the signals. We also outline the possible impacts of energetic proton, γ-ray and . beams on the stability and the dynamics of the source system.

Disinfection By-products in Recycled Waters,s discussed. Recent results from the CYGNUS experiment with regard to steady emission from sources such as Cygnus X-3 and Herculus X-l are compared with those from other experiments. Criteria for next generation of detectors are developed and discussed.
