Untangling and Dealing with Serious Family Conflicts Within the Family Enterprise,It is not unusual for long-standing, submerged conflicts to exist and erupt in family firms. This chapter presents an illustrative case example of such a family conflict and how the consultant intervened to help them resolve it. Other problems a consultant may need to address that are not part of the case described are also noted.
