Universal Distributional Decision-Based Black-Box Adversarial Attack with?Reinforcement Learninghat finds a distribution of adversarial perturbation through a reinforcement learning algorithm. We call this method Decision-based Black-box Attack with Reinforcement learning (DBAR).
