Computerization and Educationhese reflections is to characterize the change of requirements of qualification conditioned by automation. These problems are understood to be societal problems. The answers to these social problems are found in the areas of retraining personnels, adult education, vocational and general education.

Participation in Technical Change organization and employment than the installation of new computer systems. In fact technical change in organizations often appears to have less dramatic impacts than both technological optimists and pessimists “crying wolf” at every point of change like to think.
