The Three Electoral Generations,In this chapter, we continue to focus on the on the rotation invariance of Uniform LSP in the identification of Gramineous Grass Seeds. Fusing with GLCM, the texture characteristics of grass seeds to identify the seeds whose color, shape, sizeand other characteristics are very similar can be extracted.
