,Vom Sprach-Kosmos eines ?alten“ Dichters,odel was used to describe the mechanical behavior of the nucleus pulposus. Maximum principal stresses in the disc were analyzed and higher values were found for the flexion movement. Maximum stresses in ligaments were observed for flexion and extension load cases.

https://doi.org/10.1007/978-3-540-78279-7btained by using the yellow channel image in the processing, instead of the other color channels. Results show that the present approach is able to fairly segment ischemic regions in heart photos, being suitable for teaching/learning purposes.

Pectoral and Breast Segmentation Technique Based on Texture Information,al borders. These techniques have been applied to the MIAS database, consisting of MLO mammograms. The results were evaluated by expert radiologists and are promising, compared to other related works.
