Joint Scheduling and Optimal Charging of Electric Vehicles Problemium instances. A two-phase sequential heuristic, based on the Maximum Weight Clique Problem (MWCP) and the Minimum Cost Flow Problem (MCFP), is developed to solve large instances of the EVSCP.
