Sraffa or an Alternative Economicsis highlighted, in particular when flowing at microscale, where the elastic behavior of these complex fluids is enhanced even at very small Reynolds numbers. Additionally, the potential of microfluidics as a platform for performing rheological characterizations is tackled.
