Natural Scene Mongolian Text Detection Based on Convolutional Neural Network and MSER,sity. The recall rate is 0.75, the accuracy rate is 0.83, and the F-score is 0.79, which is significantly higher than the previous method. It shows the effectiveness of the proposed Mongolian text detection method for natural scenes.

Coverage Probability Analysis of D2D Communication Based on Stochastic Geometry Model,he relay to the edge user link are derived. Simulation results show that with the increasing of density of the macro base-stations, the coverage probability of the whole network will increase and the final coverage probability will become saturated.
