Congenital Melanocytic Nevi,is definition encompasses congenital nevi that are visible at birth, as well as the “tardive” congenital nevi, which become apparent shortly after birth [29, 44]. Nevi with congenital features that lack history of being present since infancy are termed congenital nevus-like nevi.
