Collaboration in value creating networks: the concept of collaborative commercerprises. C-commerce requires systems that enable enterprises to share information and collaborate in communities of interest. This paper discusses collaboration in value creating networks and positions and clarifies c-commerce. Some challenges and objectives for the next 3–5 years in c-commerce are presented.
