Sound Transmission Loss of Movable Double-leaf Partition Wallthat bigger air gap, increase frame’s damping and reducing frame’s stiffness are benefit to the improvement in walls’ acoustic performance. It was also demonstrated that if movable partition walls are mounted in similar manors to the actual construction in laboratory tests, their STL are much worse than that of the counterpart drywalls.
