Bio-Inspired Night Image Enhancement Based on Contrast Enhancement and Denoisinghout using any forms of recursive functions. Our method can largely improve the brightness and contrast of night images, besides, suppress noise. Then we implement on real experiment, and simulation experiment to test our algorithms. Both results show the advantages of proposed algorithm over contrast pair, Meylan and Retinex.

Real-Time Distributed Optimal Control Considering Power Supply Constraint for?Deferrable Loads Schedrithm under power supply constraint is presented. At every time step, the purpose is to minimize the variance of differences between power supply and aggregate load. Finally, simulation examples are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

According to various of dexterous hands, mechanical design of them are divided into two series, conventional design and creative design. Tactile sensors layout scheme and application are presented. This paper gives some probable future research directions in the end.

Hand Gestures Recognition from Multi-channel Forearm EMG Signalsthods of 6-channel forearm EMG signals. By utilizing Chebyshev II filter (25–450?Hz), 9 time domain features in sliding windows, PCA algorithm and SVM classifier, 17 hand gestures (HG), which include 6 wrist actions (WR) and 11 finger gestures (FG), are recognized with the accuracy of more than 95%.
