Clinical Evaluation of Glaucoma Patient, is not uncommon for people to miss obvious glaucoma-related eye changes and seeing only a cataract. By the time the patients with primary chronic glaucoma are symptomatic reversing the symptoms is not possible at this present time. Early diagnosis and prevention of disability is therefore the key in management of glaucoma.
