A 1-Year-Old Boy with Multiple Papules,ion. Here, we reported a case of BCH in a 1-year-old boy presented dome-shaped tan papules on his face with size about 2–3 mm in diameter, and we review the literature and the differential diagnoses of BCH briefly.

A Case of High Risk Multisystem Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis in 22-Month-Old Boy,l X-ray and head CT scan showed multiple bone lytic lesions. Immunohistochemistry examination showed positive results for S-100 protein. Patient was diagnosed with high-risk multisystem LCH that attacks the hematopoietic system (bone marrow), bones and skin.
