In the 2 months prior to presentation she had begun to develop thick painful vegetative plaques on her scalp as well as her trunk. She denied any history of mucosal lesions concurrently or prior to the cutaneous eruption.

The mum reported that the blisters would appear in crops, ulcerate, heal and a few weeks alter the cycle would repeat itself.
