A Simple Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry Method for Quantitation of Plasma Busulfan,Quantitation and identification of busulfan was made using various multiple reactions monitoring (MRMs). Isotopic labeled busulfan-d. was used as the internal standard. The method is linear from 50 to 2500 ng/mL and has with-in run and between-run imprecision of <10 %.

Cetirizine Quantification by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS→?165.16, 201.09; cetirizine d4, 393.09?→?165.15, 201.10. Calibration curves were constructed by plotting the peak area ratios of the calibrators’ target MRM transition area to labeled internal standard target MRM transition area versus concentration.

Riskante überg?nge in der Moderneis then injected into an HPLC-ESI-MS/MS equipped with a C18 column and separated over an acetonitrile gradient. Quantification of the drugs in the specimen is achieved by comparing the response of the unknown specimen to that of the calibrators in the standard curve using multiple reaction monitoring.

Bewertung des Duplikationsportfolios,lectrospray is used to introduce the analytes into the mass spectrometer. Selected reaction monitoring of two product ions for each analyte allows for the calculation of ion ratios which ensures correct identification of each analyte, while a matrix-matched calibration curve is used for quantitation.

Mass Spectrometry in Clinical Laboratory: Applications in Therapeutic Drug Monitoring and Toxicologd in many clinical areas, therapeutic drug monitoring, drugs of abuse, and clinical toxicology are still the primary focuses of the field. It is not uncommon to see mass spectrometry being used in routine clinical practices for those applications.
