Nonlinear Molecular ET Theory with 6 Fieldstion is not necessarily near equilibrium. The result is in perfect agreement with the phenomenological RET theory explained in Chap. .. This is the first example of molecular ET with a nonlinear closure. The integrability condition of the moments requires that the dynamic pressure should be bounded from below and above.
