Fundamental Principles of Mechanics,Mechanics is a branch of physics. In general, mechanics allows one to describe and predict the conditions of rest or movement of particles and bodies subjected to the action of forces. Aristotle was among the first scholars to introduce the term mechanics.

Statics,If the velocity and acceleration of every particle in a material system are equal to zero, such a system is at rest. On the other hand, as we recall, from Newton’s first law it follows that a particle having mass to which no force is applied or the applied forces are balanced is either at rest or in uniform motion along a straight line.
