Control of Volatile Organics Emission to the Atmosphere during the Solvent Sublation Processt sublation reduces to a great extent the emission of mesitylene to the atmosphere (91–95%). The residual emission (about 5 to 9%) could be minimized by the continuous flow of the organic layer, or totally avoided by carbon adsorption on a charcoal trap.
