Pulmonary Decision Rules and COPD,oils with minimum effect on the quality of the environment is a major problem. International conventions forbid disposal of severely contaminated sediments in the open sea. Confined disposal of contaminated dredged materials on land raises questions about groundwater quality, and about adverse effects on biota and ecosystems.
