Optimization of Elliptic Systemsg (SAXS) as a suitable method for unveiling their nanoscale organization. A roadmap for standard SAXS measurements in CPP/DNA samples is presented alongside a selection of observations from our own experience dealing with SAXS applied to the investigation of CPPs.

Modelling of Sewer Network Flow,section some features of the thermodynamics of CPP interaction with the membrane is also presented. Finally, we present different cargoes that can be transferred into the cells by CPPs and briefly discuss the effect of cargo on the rate and efficiency of penetration into the cells.
