TsironisContemporary approach to treat atrial tachycardias requires almost always a 3D mapping system to find the origin of atrial foci; this allows to easily reduce or to eliminate the need of fluoroscopy to approach these targets. We describe the approach to minimal or no fluoro cases while performing atrial tachycardia ablation.

Nonlinearities, Disequilibria and Simulationers, but even in EP labs using fluoroscopy, 3D mapping systems are utilized more and more for accessory pathway (AP) ablation to tag AP location, a feature not possible to achieve using X-ray-only approach. We describe in detail how to approach AP ablation with little or no fluoroscopy in the right and left chambers of the heart.

Nonlinearity in Condensed Matterin the heart chambers; we describe a total non-fluoroscopic approach to address idiopathic ventricular substrates, combining electroanatomical mapping and, when needed, non-ionizing imaging modalities as intracardiac ultrasound.
