On the Stationary Distribution, and structures of formed carbons can be distinct (carbon nanotubes, fullerene- or onion-like nanostructures, nanocrystalline graphitic carbon, amorphous carbon, nanodiamonds, etc.); this is not a special structural type of carbon.
