Analysis of Somatropin by Double-Injection Capillary-Zone Electrophoresis in Polybrene/Chondroitin analyzed within a single electrophoretic run. Prior to the second injection, the first injected plug is electrophoresed for a predetermined time period in order to adjust the inter-plug distance.
