Epigenetic Basis of Circadian Rhythm Disruption in Cancer, particularly in breast, colorectal, and blood cancers. Aberrant methylation of circadian gene promoter regions and miRNA expression affected circadian gene expression, together with 24-h expression oscillation pace have been frequently observed.

Analysis of DNA Hypermethylation in Pancreatic Cancer Using Methylation-Specific PCR and Bisulfite Sd bisulfite sequencing (BSS) to their repertoire if a small number of genes will be tested in a larger set of patients’ samples. During the last years, several techniques to isolate and analyze DNA methylation have been proposed, but DNA modification using sodium bisulfite is still the gold standard.
