Simon Levin,Carlos Castillo-Chavezanizations more ‘conflict wise’, or ‘conflict positive’. We contend that employee ‘voice’ is central to the development of trust in the workplace. Although we write from a developing country perspective, we would submit that the ideas advanced here could be of wider import.
