Thomas J. Anderson,William R. Miller of neoplastic progression comes from either lymphoid cells or fibroblasts in tissue culture (1–3). Unfortunately, breast cancer is a solid tumor of epithelial origin. In fact, most cancers develop in solid organs and, with rare exception, we know very little about the origin and evolution of such neoplasms.
