Principles of Breast Cancer Therapy,is generally treated with palliative intent. The treatment of most breast cancers is multidisciplinary, incorporating surgery, radiation therapy, and systemic therapy. In this chapter, we review the prognostic and predictive factors for breast cancer, the treatment of early-stage breast cancer, and the treatment of metastatic disease.
