Linear Systems and Inverse Projectionr problems such as cofactor regeneration, multiphase catalysis and immobilization, have been dealt with and are reasonably succesfully solved. In the future programs large scale enzyme purification and optimalization of technology have to be established in order to enable commercialization of the products.
