Geriatrisch orientierte Allgemeinpraxisembrane domains, generating three cytoplasmic loops, the third of which is the most variable. The extracellular domain probably embodies the ligand recognition site; the cytoplasmic domains are involved in G-protein recognition and coupling, and hence activation of second messenger systems.
