Flow Cytometric Measurement of Cellular DNA Content Dispersion Induced by Mutagenic Treatmentan increased variation of the cellular DNA content in the whole cell population. This effect can be observed in the flow-cytometric DNA distributions as broadening of the G./G.- and G.+M-phase peaks and can be quantitated. Work done along these lines will be briefly reviewed in the following.

Cytometric Analysis of Mammalian Sperm for Induced Morphologic and DNA Content Errorsforts to develop quantitative morphologic analysis procedures. These procedures lend themselves to automation, so that once their value is established the time required for large numbers of analyses may be greatly reduced.
